Scope
[ ] Source systems, formats, versions, package counts, and item counts are recorded.
[ ] Interaction types, scoring rules, assets, metadata, and extensions are inventoried.
[ ] Original packages are retained unchanged.
[ ] Acceptable loss and blocking conditions are approved.

Conversion
[ ] Mapping rules are versioned and covered by representative fixtures.
[ ] Identifier crosswalk and provenance records are retained.
[ ] Asset paths and checksums reconcile.
[ ] Unsupported content enters an explicit exception queue.

Acceptance
[ ] XML, schema, semantics, supported profile, and package safety pass.
[ ] Scoring vectors match expected outcomes.
[ ] Keyboard and assistive-technology review covers high-risk items.
[ ] Packages import, deliver, and score in the destination system.
[ ] Source, converted, imported, blocked, and warning totals reconcile.
[ ] A clean destination export passes independent validation.
