[ ] The response declaration matches the interaction cardinality and base type.
[ ] Identifiers are unique, stable, and free of personal data.
[ ] Correct responses, mapping, and response processing have test fixtures.
[ ] Content uses semantic headings, lists, tables, labels, and instructions.
[ ] Images and media have appropriate alternatives, captions, or transcripts.
[ ] Keyboard order, visible focus, validation, and error recovery have been tested.
[ ] Shared vocabulary and local extensions are documented.
[ ] Assets resolve from a clean package without source-system URLs.
[ ] XML, XSD, semantic, profile, accessibility, and security checks pass.
[ ] The item imports, renders, and scores in a relevant independent system.
[ ] Known limitations and test versions are recorded.
