[ ] The export includes approval, correction, and audit records required by institutional policy.
[ ] The institution has loaded the export into a separate test environment or inspected it with an independent verifier.
[ ] The contract names ownership for infrastructure, monitoring, patching, backups, recovery, key custody, incident response, and support.
[ ] The contract defines retention, deletion, post-graduation access, transition support, and exit acceptance tests.
