[ ] WCAG 2.2 Level AA scope names the product, version, pages, and complete processes.
[ ] Authoring-tool accessibility and support for accessible content are evaluated.
[ ] A current accessibility conformance report includes exceptions and remediation dates.
[ ] Representative items cover text, choice, order, match, graphics, math, and media.
[ ] Keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, motion, errors, and time are tested.
[ ] Candidate preferences and accommodation policy boundaries are documented.
[ ] Accessibility information survives import, editing, delivery, and export.
[ ] Integrated LMS, identity, browser, and support workflows are tested.
[ ] Defect severity, ownership, response, remediation, and retest terms are in the contract.
[ ] The institution retains the right to test and report findings.
